TimeLeft XP reminder is good to remind about any oncoming events: cruise, vacations, birthdays, appointments, meetings,

TimeLeft is a clock (also Windows tray clock replacement), countdown, Web countdown,
work days and work hours countdown, reminder (including Moon phase reminder),
alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, desktop sticker, eBay auction watch, and time synchronization
utility.
TimeLeft uses Winamp skins to show digits and text. Reminder offers virtually
endless customization options, it can alert you at a specific moment or run periodically,
remind you before a specified event or keep on reminding you after it.
Main features
XP reminder Message - XP reminder message window is fully customizable: font, colors, image, size, position, transparency - all is editable.
It is also possible to define different text for Remind Before and Repeat After alerts. In other words, you can substitute your message text for Remind Before and Repeat After alerts.
XP reminder sound - XP reminder can play a sound (WAV, MP3 and MIDI).
XP reminder actions - XP reminder can execute applications, open links or documents, turn off your monitor or lock, restart, shoot down your PC.
Multiple Rules - multiple rules feature allows you to define more than one rule for your XP reminder. Multiple rules feature is very good for complex events, like, for example, Have a cup of tea every 2 hours and at 5:30 PM. In this case one rule would be Run XP reminder every 2 hours and the other rule - Run XP reminder at 5:30 PM
